AVCA West Coast Qualifier, day 1 - 1

Fall Ball 2023 kicked off with a superb tournament in Manhattan Beach, California. October 20th, we were there on Day 1 for several great matches. Top beach volleyball programs were in attendance. On our site now, is part of a matchup between UCLA and Stanford, from Day 2. We’re posting the conclusion of that match soon. Below, we take you back to Pool Play, that Friday, starting out with GCU’s Karynn Garrow/Jessica Drake vs. Julia Thelle/Kaylee Glagau of Hawaii.

All of these pairs were battling it out for a trip to Huntsville, Alabama, where the AVCA Pairs Championships were played.

There was a TON of volleyball happening on the sand this day.
